Concessions:
I understand that therapy is a significant investment, and I aim to make it as accessible as possible. I offer discount for students £75. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. These are available at £75 per session, depending on your circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to ask about this during your assessment. These discussions are always handled with respect, empathy, and full confidentiality.
Let’s Talk:
Whether you’re ready to begin or still exploring your options, I’m here to answer any questions and help you find the right path forward. Feel free to get in touch to discuss what feels right for you.

I only accept payment by bank transfer.
Bank Account details will be shared with you in an email.
To secure your booking, please make payment 48 hours before each session.
If you can no longer attend please make sure you cancel your session at least 48 hours before so someone else can use this time and space. Otherwise I will ask for a full payment for late cancelation or no show.
I do have a DNA policy (Did Not Attend) so I would charge for any missed/ unattended session that is cancelled less that 48 hours.

Everything that we talk about is confidential and stays between the client and the therapist, unless someone’s life or health is in danger, or you disclose criminal activity.
I have a duty of care and if anyone is at risk, I will have to pass this on to your GP, social services, the police etc. This is to make sure you are safe and people around you are safe.

Each session usually lasts 55 - 60 minutes.
For trauma treatment 90 minutes sessions are sometimes recommended.
The sessions happen every week or every other week, usually at the same time.
I mainly offer short-term treatments (10-12 sessions) but sometimes longer term work might be required (20+ sessions).
