My standard fee for an individual session is 95 pounds (55-60 minutes) for Assessment and/or Treatment Session.

£ 95 face to face (in person) appointment (either EMDR, CBT or Psychotherapy).

£ 95 video call appointment (online via Zoom or Bilateral Base).

£ 95 missed appointment/late cancellation fee (less than 48 hrs).

£ 140 for 90 minutes session (if required, usually for EMDR).

This reflects the depth of training, experience, and care I bring to our work together, especially in trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR.

Concessions:

I understand that therapy is a significant investment, and I aim to make it as accessible as possible. I offer discount for students £85. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. These are available at £85 per session, depending on your circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to ask about this during your assessment. These discussions are always handled with respect, empathy, and full confidentiality.​
